Classic Cutz is (Plastic) Terry Smiths' hairdressing shop, located on Fourth Avenue (in the middle of a council estate on the east side of York)

It is from this exhaulted position (sole trader in rented shop) in society that Terry assumes his authority to put his shiney plastic suit on and gob off to the press, council and anyone else he thinks might listen more just because of this.

Terry has had quite a few hidings from people at this location. So far he hasn't bothered reporting any of these to the Police. If you wonder why - see page on this website called "Pervert"

The front of the shop has been valnalised on many occasions, and Terry also faces legal action from City of York Council over the scummy looking adverts he keeps attaching to lamp-posts in the area.
